All of our garages are built per the customer request. All garages are built by the guideline set by the building codes of Ga. or S.C.
All garage are inspected and signed off on for occupancy. Building material is set by the customers needs for the garages use.
We can build them free style or attached, completely up to the customer.
Siding and roof material is always determined by the customer.

We are going to go through the steps of how a garage should be built.
Starting with the first photo on left moving to right. The ground has been prepped of trees that needed to be removed.
2nd photo shows the framing started for the forms that have to be installed to hold the concrete.
3rd photo shows how different the lay of the ground is compared to each side. The lot is low in the front and moves down hill as we get to the back.
4th photo represents the footing poured on the high side.
The photo on left here is different from the one above. The top photo represent a footing. This photo represents a wall.
Footings are 18" in width for this job and the wall width is 8". We had to do this for the inspection so we could keep the cost down on the concrete.
The 2nd and 3rd photo shows the gravel required to give us the proper height for the concrete pour.
4th photo is showing how high the wall is on the low corner of the floor.
5th photo show the finished concrete pour.
There is a step in between the 4th and 5th photo.
Leveling of the gravel and then plastic barrier with wire mesh laid down for concrete strength.
Framing started and adding o.s.b for underlayment for the walls. Also added hurricane straps in all the right places.
Truss installation started after bottom layer of o.s.b installed.
Trusses installed and walls completed. Hurricane straps installed on the trusses.
Roof decking installed with ply-clips. 30# felt installed and ready for the architectural shingles.
Vinyl siding installed to match house. Vented soffit installed on eaves and regular vinyl for gables.
Installed 36" steel door with stairs and railings. 2 vinyl windows and garage door installed.
Front pad poured for entrance into the garage. Happy Customer

Single Car Garages
Single car garages are very popular for homes with limited room. Attached garage or stand alone they add value to your home.
Areas with set backs of more than 5 feet are a perfect for single car garage.
With COVID still here they are also in a better price bracket than the double car garage for now.
